EXPORT DOCUMENTS:
1. Commercial
invoice showing Contract No., Seal No., Container(s) No., and Name of carrying
vessel and shipment number.
2. Clean on
Board Ocean Bill of Lading.
3. Certification
of Weight to be issued by SGS and quality by ALFRED KNIGHT ALEX STEWART or
SEAMIC.
4. Certificate
of Origin, issued by DRC Government.
5. Export
Permit Certificate from the country of origin.
6. Assay
Certificate duly signed by Alex Stewart.
7. Packing
list showing Contract No., Seal No., Container No., Gross Net Weight and number
of ocean bill of Lading.
Once the
offer has been accepted the Seller will provide:

Provide draft contract to the Buyer.

Buyer travel to the Loading port to finish
the Transaction.

The stuffing and the loading will be in the
presence of the Buyer and the Seller or their representatives.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment by
50% after inspection of the goods and 50 % against B L this will be T/T to the
Seller Lawyer Firm Account Only.
The Seller
or his representative retains the original BL until full payment as agreed by
both parties is fully implemented and/or confirmed. The Buyer has the right to
demand for the copies of the shipping documents.
After the
stuffing and loading of the goods has been done and the shipping documents
issued, as stated on the FCO, the Buyer will then effect the payment as per CIF
terms agreed and the seller hands over the original BL and all the remaining
shipping documents.
FURTHER
CLARIFICATION:
The cost
of goods (Price USD) includes all certifications, all transport and insurance
Cover, policy up to the “LOADING PORT, as well as all Taxes in the Country of
origin.
EXCULDED
is the cost of the relevant taxes at destination. These costs are for the
accounts and responsibility of the Buyer.
Once we
have the LOI from you we will avail a sales and purchase agreement contract.
We allow
+/-5% variance from the manifest, with the necessary financial adjustments.
This FCO
is the only valid FCO in circulation for the said commodity in the specified
quantity, quality and terms and procedures.
